Registered Mail
- Additional S$2.40 applies on top of each parcel.
- Free registered mail for orders of 3 and more items.

International shipping (SingPost)

- Flat postage of S$2.40 (per 2 items or less) will be charged for delivery by airmail to worldwide locations.

Registered Mail
- Additional S$2.40 applies on top of each parcel.

twinklelight.shop will not take responsibility for any lost mail or items damaged during shipping. You are thus strongly encouraged to opt for registered mail.

Upon receiving your payment, your item(s) will be carefully packed and shipped out within 3 days (excluding day of receipt of payment).

Please allow 3 - 4 days for local delivery, and up to 2 weeks for worldwide locations .


Return Policy

twinklelight.shop works to provide only the best merchandises. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping out.

Should you receive incorrect items (which in fact hardly happens), in terms of wrong color or style from what you ordered, you may return the items for exchange. Should the original merchandise(s) be out of stock, twinklelight.shop reserve the rights to substitute with an item of identical price or lower.
- Items shall be returned unused, and with full original packaging.
- Customer shall bear any fees incurred for returning the item and redelivery.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- All goods sold are not refundable.

We regret that merchandise(s) that is damaged or shows signs of alteration does not qualify for exchange.

All returns have to be reported within 3 days of receipt.
